domusmodus was created in order to implement the REPI concept (Real Estate Promotion of Identity), idealised by its two partners: Filipe de Salis Amaral and Gonçalo Faria.
Filipe de Salis Amaral, has a degree in Architecture from the Lisbon Technical University (UTL), and is currently undergoing a Master in Intervention methodologies in Architectural patrimony in the Architecture Faculty of Oporto University (FAUP). Filipe has been managing partner of the “EO – Escritório de Estudos e Obras”, an architecture atelier, since 2000 in Oporto, and previously developed its activity of Architect in “Promontório Arquitectos” Atelier, in Lisbon.
Gonçalo Faria, has a degree in Economics from the Economy Faculty of the Oporto University (FEP), is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from AIMR (Association for Investment Management and Research – Charlottesville/USA), and is currently undergoing the PHD program in Economics in the Economy Faculty of the Oporto University (FEP/UP). In the past, Gonçalo developed functions of Equity Analyst in the Banco Português de Investimento (BPI) Equity Research department (2001-2005) and of Auditor in the Arthur Andersen Oporto offices (2000-2001).
